Hymns of Embodiment, Ruin, and Rebirth

Artefact Ensemble, under the direction of Benedict Sheehan, announces a captivating musical program titled “CREATE. Hymns of Embodiment, Ruin, and Rebirth.” The ensemble will perform at St. John’s Episcopal in Georgetown, DC, on Sunday, March 3, 2024, at 5pm.

Program highlights include Aaron Copland’s monumental In the Beginning, with mezzo-soprano soloist Tynan Davis, as well as music by Caroline Shaw, Trevor Weston, Robin Estrada, Benedict Sheehan, and others.
